Resource Code section 91.502 dictates that Price
on the Royalty Owners Pay stub be reflected in
price per Mcf while natural gas is actually sold
by the Mmbtu.

of Live Oak, Karnes, Atascosa, and others surrounding
have in the last two to three years had oil and
gas leases executed for the first time in nearly
30 years.
